The Ternavasii Team organizes, upon request, a hunt for His Majesty the White Truffle of Alba, in the company of a professional Trifolao (truffle hunter) and his indispensable truffle dog!
An unforgettable experience
The experience, lasting approximately two hours, is organized for groups of up to 12 people, to ensure participants fully enjoy the truffle ground experience. Amidst fascinating information and stories of the truffle hunter's trade, you can experience firsthand the captivating adventure of a white Alba truffle hunt!
Uncovering the secrets of the Truffle Hunter
Together with the Truffle Hunter and his dog, you will quickly learn how to find and recognise different types of truffles and also the best way to store them. The meeting point is agreed upon with the Truffle Hunter, among the woods of Alba, while the truffle hunting time is customisable. The cooler early morning hours are preferred.
Closing the hunt with a King's feast!
The truffle hunting experience concludes in the best possible way, with a sumptuous lunch featuring Alba White Truffle, at a local restaurant, accompanied by a tasting of the finest Piedmontese wines.
